F.A.Q.

Is this an official BTS or HYBE tour?

No. This is a private, invite-only trip created for ARMY friends who want to explore meaningful BTS-related places together. It’s a fan-led experience — not affiliated with HYBE or BTS management.

Will Tom be there during the trip?

Of course! I will personally join the group throughout the journey — from visiting iconic filming spots to celebrating FESTA Day in Seoul together.

Who organizes the trip?

The trip is coordinated by me but operated by Korea Travel Easy (KTE), a licensed travel company based in Seoul.

KTE handles all logistics such as hotels, transportation, guides, and activities, while I focus on curating the group experience and bringing ARMYs together.

How do I join?

Just click the SAVE YOUR SPOT button above and fill out the Google Form.

How big is the group?

Around 10–15 people, so it feels like traveling with friends, not a big tour bus.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! As long as space allows, you can absolutely bring someone with you.

How are payments handled?

All payments are made securely by bank transfer or PayPal, whichever is more convenient for you.

What if I change my mind?

You may cancel at any time before the tour is officially confirmed for a full refund.

The tour will only be confirmed once a minimum of 10 people have signed up and paid the required 20% non-refundable deposit.

Once the tour is confirmed, the below refund policy applies:
Before March 31: Partial refund may be possible (up to 100% minus deposit), depending on how much has already been paid to suppliers.
On and after March 31: Refunds will follow Korea Travel Easy’s official refund policy, as all payments will have been fully transferred.

Cancellation Limit
To be fair and to make sure the tour can go on for those truly committed:
• If the group has the minimum of 10 people → Up to 2 cancellations allowed
• If the group has the maximum of 15 people → Up to 5 cancellations allowed

After this limit is reached, no further refunds can be offered. However, you’re welcome to give or sell your spot to someone else.

How will I know when the trip is confirmed?

I will personally let everyone know — either through DM or email — once at least 10 participants have joined and the 20% non-refundable deposits have been sent to Korea Travel Easy.
That’s when the trip becomes officially confirmed and KTE starts booking everything.

What happens if the trip IS confirmed?

Once the trip is confirmed, Korea Travel Easy will begin booking hotels, transportation, and other arrangements using the deposits.
The remaining balance will then be paid in two parts — 50% by mid-January 2026 and the final 50% by mid-March 2026 — to complete all payments and secure every detail of the trip.
After these payments are transferred to Korea Travel Easy, any refunds or cancellations will follow their official refund policy.

What happens if the trip ISN’T confirmed?

If the group doesn’t reach 10 confirmed participants by November 30 (tentative date), the trip will be cancelled and all deposits will be fully refunded.

Are meals included?

Hotel breakfasts are included. I will also personally treat the group to three special meals during the trip.
For the rest, meals are not included so everyone has the freedom to explore different restaurants and try what they like — from BTS-related spots to local favorites.
